To access certain features of our Platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You agree not to:

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

You may not:

Our Platform uses AI technologies (currently in beta) for property matching and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content, ratings, and suggestions are for informational purposes only
• AI systems may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI recommendations do not constitute professional advice or guarantees
• You should exercise independent judgment and consult qualified professionals
• 3 Works Properties does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or delete your account and content
• Modify or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features (if available).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3 Works Properties regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
